 By placing an order through Toktokshop, you agree to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our return procedures. These policies apply to the United States.

A. 30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

B. Help! I Can’t Find My Return Label
Don’t worry—our packages don’t include return labels. Just reach out to support@toktokshop.com, and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.

C. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at support@toktokshop.com and include the following details in your request:

• Order number and full name
• Proof of purchase (screenshot or order confirmation)
• Reasons for return
• Photos or videos of defective or damaged products (if applicable)

Once we receive and confirm your return (usually within 24 hours of receipt), you’ll receive an email confirming that your return is complete.

D. Damaged and Wrong Products or Issues
We support exchanges for products that are defective, incorrectly shipped, or have the wrong size compared to your order. Please contact support@toktokshop.com for assistance.

E. Exchanges
We only exchange items that are damaged, wrong, or defective. Customers do not need to pay return shipping costs for defective products.

G. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 4 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund. After this period, cancellation may not be possible, depending on the production process.

Before placing your order, please double-check your address details to ensure timely delivery. Toktokshop is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
